Shame on you Suzette Nicolas!

November 2005, this girl came out and said that she was "raped" by Lance Corporal Daniel Smith in SBMA where foreigners are everywhere.

The Filipinos especially the women gave their sympathy to this young lady. Many sectors helped and protect her just to put this American National into prison. According to her affidavit, after she left in the club she got into the van and the "romantic episode" (as the court of appeals describe the scenario") happened. She was dropped off in a parking lot and later file a case against Smith and four other marines.

This story made the Filipino people burst out. They conducted rallies in the streets and in the US Embassy, they also appear in every hearing of this controversial "subic rape case" and even condemn the VFA or the visiting forces agreement between the Philippines and USA.

The much awaited moment has come, December 4, 2006 Daniel Smith was convicted and sentenced to 40 years in prison. Nicole's family rejoice with all their filipino supporters, even I.

But that is not the end of this story,
after 5 years..
Here's our "nicole", giving her sworn statement.
I quote "With the events at the Neptune Club in mind, I keep on asking myself, if Daniel Smith wanted to rape me, why would he carry me out of the Neptune Club using the main entrance in full view of the security guard and the other sources? Why would the van park right in front of Neptune Club? Why would Daniel Smith and his companions bring me to the seawall of Alaba Pier and casually leave this area that was well lighted and with many people roaming around? If they believed that I was raped, would they have not dumped me instead in a dimly lit area along the highway going to Alaba Pier to avoid detection?

My conscience continues to bother me realizing that I may have in fact been so friendly and intimate with Daniel Smith at the Neptune Club that he was led to believe that I was amenable to having sex or that we simply just got carried away." End of quote. (

Nicolas put us into shame, she's a liar!
she made people believe with her lies, no one told her to get drunk and get sex to anyone.

Dapat humarap siya sa publiko at pinangalandakan ang mukha niya!
Ginawa niyang mangmang ang mga sumuporta sa kanya at pinaglaban siya.
Noong nagpunta ako sa subic, may dalawang staff dun sa pinuntahan ko at pinaguusapan siya,
pinagtanggol ko pa itong si Nicolas, not knowing ginusto niya talaga ang mga nangyari sa kanila.

Pwede pala 'to mag-artista, ang galing umarte. Napaniwala niya mga tao pati na ang kanyang abogado at ang Judge.
Nasaan siya ngayon? nasa Amerika na, pagkatapos makatanggap ng pera at mapetisyon ang pamilya ay basta na lamang niya iniwan sa ere ang mga tumulong sa kanya.
